What are the available shipping options?
We ship to Australia only. Our products are delivered by Australia Post.

 

Standard Shipping $10 please allow 6 -15 days to receive your package.

Express Shipping $15 please allow up to 6 days to receive you package.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80

You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order is dispatched.

My tracking shows, that my item has been delivered, but I haven't received it?
With the tracking number provided by us, please contact the delivery company for any further delivery details. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
We accept no liability or responsibility for any product once the product has been delivered to your nominated address.

Help I’ve entered the wrong address what happens now?
We are unable to accept responsibility for incorrect information being entered and provided by you to us.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are normally shipped between 1 – 3 business days, except for public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our storeroom.

What methods of payment do you accept?
